About Go back one page

Go back one page is building SousVide Timer, a mobile and web cooking companion for people whose sous vide circulator deserves more time on the countertop and less time in the cupboard.

Founded by Dale Durant, the project starts with a simple idea: choosing a cooking time and temperature should not mean comparing a dozen conflicting charts. Our planned free tools bring together food, thickness, doneness and a cook timer in one place.

We’re taking a phased approach to recipes, premium alerts and shopping tools, with food-safety guidance based on recognized sources and features shaped by early members. Canadian grocery-aware lists and device control are future goals, not current capabilities.
